These rewards are generated through the process of staking PRYSM tokens, where participants lock up their tokens to support network operations and earn rewards in return.

Staking rewards are allocated to various stakeholders within the PRYSM ecosystem, including validators, delegators, and the community pool. As part of our commitment to community-driven initiatives and ecosystem development, a portion of staking rewards, specifically 2.5%, is dedicated to the community pool.
